Lionwolf, LLC wants to create great change because we believe the future of video games should be bigger than the industry we know today. Video games have become one of the most powerful forms of entertainment in the world. They bring together technology, storytelling, music, art, film, culture, and interactive experiences. In the United States alone, consumer spending on video games reached approximately $60.7 billion in 2025, while the industry generated an estimated $95.8 billion in total economic impact.
Lionwolf sees an opportunity within that enormous industry: to build something that represents our creativity, our ambition, and our vision for the future. As a Black-owned independent game studio, Lionwolf wants to develop original games with unforgettable characters, powerful stories, imaginative worlds, and entertainment experiences that can reach audiences around the world.
But our vision goes beyond simply making video games. We want to create intellectual properties that can grow into larger entertainment franchises potentially expanding from games into animation, short films, movies, television, merchandise, and other forms of media.
We also want to help create opportunities for people who have the talent and passion to become game developers, artists, animators, writers, programmers, musicians, designers, and storytellers.
Our goal isn't to replace what already exists. Our goal is to add something new. We want to prove that an independent, Black-owned studio can dream big, create ambitious entertainment, develop original intellectual property, and compete for attention on a global stage. Lionwolf believes representation is not simply about seeing different faces on a screen. It is also about having more creators behind the screen who have the opportunity to tell their own stories and build their own worlds.
The gaming industry has already demonstrated its enormous cultural and economic power. Lionwolf wants to become part of its next chapter bringing new ideas, new characters, new experiences, and new possibilities to players everywhere. We're not just trying to make another video game.
We're trying to build a company, create opportunities, develop original worlds, and establish intellectual property that can last for generations.
Lionwolf Games exists because we believe great dreams shouldn’t stay dreams simply because the creator doesn’t have millions of dollars behind them. A $5 million campaign is ambitious and we know it but every great company, franchise, and entertainment empire started with people who believed in an idea before the world recognized its potential. We’re not asking one person to fund this vision. We’re asking a community to build it with us. 100,000 people giving $50, 50,000 people giving $100, or 10,000 people giving $500 can turn this vision into reality.
We want to build more than a game studio. We want to build an opportunity for creators who have big ideas but don’t always have access to the resources needed to bring them to life. We want Lionwolf Games to become a company that creates ambitious video games and entertainment, develops new talent, and builds something strong enough to still be here decades from now.
